Refund policy

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the period required by law. We may be entitled to withhold reimbursement until the watch has been returned or satisfactory evidence of return has been supplied. Refunds will normally be returned to the original payer using the original payment method. Additional costs incurred by choosing an enhanced delivery service, international import charges or return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law.
