Authenticity
We only offer watches that we are satisfied are authentic. Every watch is assessed before being offered for sale and represented accurately to the best of our knowledge.
Individual listings describe the watch, its condition and the accessories supplied with it.
If there is something you would like to see more closely before buying, simply ask. We are happy to provide further photographs or video wherever practical.
Condition
Descriptions such as unworn, mint, excellent and pre-owned are intended to help you understand the condition of an individual watch. A pre-owned watch may naturally show signs of previous wear.
We don't believe those signs should be hidden from customers. If a watch has a relevant mark or characteristic we believe you should know about, we will tell you.
Box and Papers
Each individual watch listing states what is supplied with the watch.
Depending on the individual piece, this might include the original presentation box, warranty card or papers, manuals, swing tags, spare links and other original accessories.

Warranty
Eligible watches are supplied with the Chrona Watches warranty stated within the individual product listing and our applicable terms and conditions.
The original manufacturer's warranty may also remain in force on newer watches where applicable.
